My First Socks! A knitting workshop
Are you a knitter who wants to try socks? Let’s do it! I’ll teach you basic sock construction, with a traditional top-down, in-the-round, heel flap & gusset. Once you learn this recipe, you can knit any socks you like!

Learn to Knit (Night Class)
Do you want to learn to knit? I’d love to make it easy for you!
In this 4-session class, you’ll learn everything you need to know to complete a scarf & a pair of fingerless mitts. You’ll laugh together with a small group of students as you learn to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, and so much more.
Classes will meet at 6 pm on Tuesday evenings, Oct 25, Nov 8 & 22, Dec 6.
$100 includes instruction, needles, and one ball of high quality yarn

My First Sweater Knitting Class
Let's take the intimidation out of knitting your first sweater! In this 4-session class, you’ll learn the skills to knit your own Wonderful Wallaby sweater! The Wonderful Wallaby is a simple hooded sweatshirt-style sweater with a kangaroo pouch pocket. The pattern is available in baby through adult sizes.
You’ll have a little homework, and this class is filling up quickly, so register as soon as possible!
Class will meet Friday mornings, Oct 21, Nov 4, Nov 18 & Dec 9.
We will laugh & learn together in a small group of students with a lot of encouragement and support from your instructor, Jennifer Chisam.
$100 includes instructions & pattern. You will need to choose your yarn at Yarntiques in advance, and complete a gauge swatch before class.
